SHIPPING WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL U.S. ONLY

Our products are shipped directly from the designer, and shipping time frames vary. Designers may use UPS, USPS, or other carriers. Customized or personalized products will incur additional shipping time.
Since multiple items purchased in one order may come from different Designers, you will receive those items in more than one shipment. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery times. The time frame listed is to provide a guideline only. UPS and USPS deliver only Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

If you need a rush order, please contact us with your specific needs before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.  A rush fee and additional shipping charges may apply.

Note: Please check addresses. Delivery may be delayed if we are given an incorrect address. An additional fee to reroute to the correct address will apply.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a street address. Failure to do so will delay your order.

International Addresses

We regret that we are unable to accept and ship international orders at this time.

CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel it. If your order has not begun processing then you will receive your refund in full. If your order has begun processing, a 20% service charge will apply.  If your order has shipped, then refunds cannot be given.

We respect your privacy and we offer the option not to receive product updates. We do use an outside credit card processing company (PayPal) to bill you for goods and services.
